• Ability to prepare and submit status reports to stakeholders for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations. 
• Ability to gather data, perform analysis, draws conclusions, and present findings. 
• Sound technical experience in the design, developing and deployment of complex business applications. 
• Excellent analytical, logical, programming, solution designing, and debugging skills. 
• SQL and PL/SQL programming skill, Proficient in writing Stored Procedure, Packages, Functions, Triggers, Code Optimization. 
• In-Depth knowledge in developing and modifying Oracle Forms with database Oracle, Pro*C, Unix Shell Script. 
• Knowledge of Oracle APEX, Oracle ADF, JDeveloper IDE, Informatica, Oracle SOA Suite, OSB, BI Publisher, C#, ASP .Net, Java, JBoss (Wild Fly), RESTful APIs, Android Development, Netbeans IDE, Eclipse IDE, Adobe Flex, PHP, Yii Framework 
• Significant Functional knowledge of Retail and Educational Domain
